Summer is over and Dharma School is back in session! Sept 13 saw our opening day with a brand-new curriculum and a special guest teacher. We had a fantastic attendance of 12 students. All reports suggest that the first class was a resounding success.
This fall we are grateful to have guest teacher Reverend Sharon Sasaki (Buddhist Temple of San Diego, Institute of Buddhist Studies) leading four classes on the topics of Buddhism, Jodo Shinshu, Applying Buddhism in Everyday Life, and Ritual/Traditions.
The remaining classes in Fall 2026 are: September 27, November 15, and December 6. All are welcome, ages preschool through 8th grade. Please spread the word to any families who might be interested.
