BCA Bishops Memorial Service (July 2)

This Sunday’s service will be our annual remembrance for the Bishops of the Buddhist Churches of America, during which we will revisit the important contributions of Bishop Enryo Shigefuji, the first democratically-elected Bishop of the BCA, whose leadership spanned the crucial years of post-World War II reconciliation, rebuilding, and growth from 1948 to 1958.
