Why Are We Combining the Services?
For many years, our Family Service and Monthly Memorial (Shotsuki) Service were held separately. Beginning in October, they will be combined into one Sunday gathering so that our entire Sangha can remember our loved ones, listen to the Buddha Dharma together, and strengthen our temple community.
What is the Monthly Memorial (Shotsuki) Service?
The Monthly Memorial (Shotsuki) Service is held to remember those whose Meinichi (date of passing) falls during each month. During the service, we read the names of our loved ones, express gratitude, and listen to the Buddha Dharma.

If you would like to include a loved one in our Monthly Memorial List, please contact the Temple Office.Please provide:
• Name
• Date of Passing (Meinichi)
• Photograph (optional)
Individual Family Memorial Services (Hoji)
Individual family memorial services (Hoji) are available throughout the year.
49-Day • 100-Day • 1st • 3rd • 7th • 13th • 17th • 23rd • 27th • 33rd • 50th • 100th-Year Memorial services.
Please contact the Temple Office to arrange a family memorial service.
Please note: Memorial services follow the traditional Japanese Buddhist calendar. The 49-Day, 100-Day, and 1st-Year Memorials are observed after each respective anniversary. Beginning with the 3rd-Year Memorial, services follow the traditional Japanese Buddhist memorial year count (for example, the 3rd-Year Memorial is held two years after the date of passing).
2026年10月より、日曜礼拝と祥月法要を合わせて、毎月午前9時30分より、勤修いたします。ご命日を迎えるご家族と参拝者が、ご一緒に仏縁に合わせていただく機会となります。大切なご親族、ご友人を祥月法要名簿への追加でのご登録を希望される場合は、ご芳名、命日、ご遺影（任意）を寺務所にご連絡ください。
また、各ご家族、ご親族のみでの年回忌法事をご希望の方は、寺務所までお問い合わせください。
