We warmly welcome you to join us in person at the San Mateo Buddhist Temple for our Family Dharma Service on Sunday, June 29.
This Sunday Rev. Adams will share a Dharma Talk about his experience at the Ireicho Book of Names opening service at Palo Alto Buddhist Temple earlier this month, where community members stamped the names of those imprisoned in Japanese American incarceration camps during WWII. Rev. Adams was honored to place a stamp in memory of Rev. Kenryo Kumata, who served the Buddhist Churches of America Sangha with steadfast dedication during the incarceration years.
