Letting Go of “Me” and “Mine”(August 29)

The Buddha rejected any notion of a permanent “self” or an eternal soul that survives death.  This insight is one of the Three Dharma Seals (Impermanence, No-self, and Nirvana), the essential perspectives reflected in all authentic Buddhist teachings.  This Sunday’s Dharma talk will explore the freedom that we discover when we let go our ideas of “me” and “mine.”
