What is Think Reusable?
Think Reusable is a Girl Scout Silver Award project made and managed by Hailey La Monte. The Girl Scout Silver Award is a community service project intended to help solve a problem in a community of a Girl Scout’s choice through her own leadership and service. The goal of Think Reusable is spreading awareness to the SMBT sangha about single-use products and what you can do to reduce your environmental footprint. In every monthly installment of the SMBT newsletter is a page with tips and information to learn more about finding ways to reuse items in our day to day life instead of recycling or throwing them away.
What is EcoSangha?

This project was inspired by the EcoSangha movement. EcoSangha was founded by Reverend Don Castro of Seattle Betsuin and promotes ecology in the Buddhist sanghas and reminds us to be mindful of our environmental impact as Buddhists. To be a Buddhist is to work towards helping those around us, and our planet.
