There are three essential principles (Three Dharma Seals) that are reflected in all teachings of the Buddha: 1) everything changes, 2) the self is an illusion, and 3) awakening to the truth brings lasting peace. This Sunday, Rev. Adams will share a Dharma talk about how awareness of the truth of impermanence can help us determine what we can rely on in life.
